The master bedroom comes with a Kingsize bed and its own fully equipped en-suite bathroom with his & her wash basins and hair dryer. The bedroom also has its own large flat screen LCD television, DVD player, radio alarm and ceiling fan. The down stairs bedroom also has a Kingsize bed and adjoining fully equipped shower room. The bedroom also has its own large flat screen LCD television, radio alarm and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 also has a large double bed with ceiling fan, LCD television & clock radio. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds with a double base which can sleep 2 with a single top, Flatscreen LCD television & radio alarm. Bedroom rooms 3 & 4 share a shower room with his & her sinks and hairdryer. A baby cot and high chair is also supplied

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Fanatastic all year around climate plenty of sunshine !! Candy Palms is 3 minutes to Disney via the new 429 road accessed from US192, around 30 minutes drive to Universal, Sea World, Wet n Wild and all the attractions of International Drive these are all accessed off the I4 which is only 5 minutes drive away.

Also Busche Gardens is 35-40 minutes west on the I4 and a bit further along is Tampa and all the fabulous Gulf Coast Beaches.

Kissimmee / Paradise Palms area

There are too many places of interest to list, whatever kind of holiday you want and whatever you want to do or not do ....there is something here for everyone.

For all your shopping needs Wamart and Publix Supermarkets are within 5 minutes drive on the US27 and the US192 resepectively and many other shops, restaurants as well as fast food facilities are all minutes along the US192.

How to get there

Candy Palms is situated on Paradise Palms Resort just off US192 which is 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport where you can pick up your hire car on site without leaving the airport.

There is also the usual taxi services available there.

Master Bedroom has kingsize bed and ensuite, bathroom with his and hers basins, separate wc. Bedroom 2 on ground floor with kingsize bed and adjacent bathroom with shower basin and wc. Bedroom 3 kingsize bed and fourth bedroom has bunk beds featuring double bed as lower bunk, these bedrooms share a bathroom with basins, wc and separate shower room. All bedrooms have wardrobes and flat screed tv's and ceiling fans. To the first floor landing there is a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Ground floor area comprises of a beautiful open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with double doors opening up to the private pool, deck area and covered lanai providing fantastic entertaining space. Smoking permitted outside only.

Further details outdoors:
South facing, the pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean, will not effect your tan. The pool deck area is ideal for sunbathing or just relaxing under covered lanai or a dip in the pool to cool down. and is very secluded with walls either side so you are not overlooked, view out back is of palm trees. Covered lanai should you need to sit in the shade. It is furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs allowing you to dine al fresco.

Deposit of £100 or $200. per week is required at the time of booking with the balance of payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure then payment in full is required.

Smoking only allowed outside the property, under covered lanai or pool deck.
Ground floor bedroom and bathroom enables guests with disabilities to enjoy our house without having to use the stairs.
Stair gates will be provided.
Pool can be secured for the safety of young children, door alarms to the front and rear doors for peace of mind.
